Bistro Berto is gelegen op de eerste verdieping in de Zuidercorner van de Elindus Arena, thuisbasis van voetbalploeg SV Zulte Waregem. Chef David Bertolozzi zorgt zowel voor een à la carte als menu’s. Hij brengt een zeer uitgebreid repertoire met onder meer tataki van zalm op smaak gebracht met miso, soja en komkommer tot Anjouduif in twee bereidingen met rabarber, pastinaak en rozemarijnsaus.
