Does the app cost anything?
Browsing the guide, restaurant profiles, favourites and notifications are all free. Booking a surprise menu comes with a 30-day free trial, then €1.99 a month.
How does booking and payment work?
Every reservation is protected by a €9.99 per-person no-show deposit, charged securely through Mollie. It's only kept if you don't show up; with credits or a membership it's waived.
Can I cancel my membership in the app?
Yes. Account → Membership → Cancel membership. Your membership stays active until the end of the period and simply doesn't renew.
Which restaurants are in the app?
The same 1,300+ restaurants as the website — the 2026 Michelin Guide and Gault & Millau Belgium — plus any partner joining through the restaurant portal.
How do notifications work?
They're in-app notifications: as soon as a restaurant you follow puts new availability online, you receive an alert with the offering and the date. No push permissions needed.
