Met vaste hand rolt hij dun pizzadeeg uit tot een krokante bodem, de ideale basis voor royale en smaakvolle toppings. Hoogtepunt is de pizza met verse tomatensaus en pittige ‘nduja. Daarnaast serveert hij sappige yakitori van picanha, gemarineerd en fijn gegrild.
