Raaf is een hippe plek met de typische Gentse toegankelijkheid. Het chefsduo brengt originele gerechten waarin groenten de hoofdrol krijgen. Starten doen we met een heldere garnalenbouillon, gevolgd door gnocchi met bospaddenstoelen, jus van strandkrab en frisse witte druif. Het dessert met zuurdesemijs, appeltjes en een huisgemaakte soes met venkelzaad rondt krachtig af. Een evolutie die wordt beloond met een hogere score en twee koksmutsen.
