Het Genoegen is een klassiek restaurant gelegen in een 17de-eeuws pand in hartje Hasselt. De zaak bestaat al vier decennia en wordt door de tweede generatie gerund. Gravlax afgewerkt met dille, munt en karnemelk omvat een flink stuk gemarineerde zalm en overtuigt als voorgerecht door zijn evenwichtige smaakopbouw. Diamanthaas is correct gebakken en komt met spinazie, shiitake, aardappelpuree met truffelolie en rijke jus.
