De Koolputten
Midden in de natuur van Waasmunster aan de Durme, waar vroeger steenkool werd verhandeld, staan een aantal wit geschilderde panden die een mooi luxe horecacomplex vormen met restaurant, B&B en feestzaal. In het restaurant worden zowel een degustatiemenu als à la carte gerechten geserveerd. Zoals correct krokant gebakken en fijn gekruide kalfszwezerik met bladspinazie, girolles, eendenlever en rode portosaus.
