Sinds 1978 staat deze sobere sushibar garant voor authentieke Japanse gerechten. Achter de ingetogen gevel met achthoekige ramen schuilt een restaurant dat zowel Japanse als lokale fijnproevers weet te bekoren. Tijdens de lunch illustreert de chirashi - sushirijst, rauwe vis, opgerolde omelet en gefermenteerde groenten - de hoge standaard. ’s Avonds worden de verrassende unakyu maki met gekaramelliseerde paling of de omakase sushi vers voor ons bereid.
