Aan de rand van natuurgebied Molsbroek in Lokeren ontvangen broers Stijn en Kim Audenaert hun gasten in restaurant Vos, waar streekproducten de basis vormen van hun bistrokeuken. Amuses van rauwe makreel met rammenas en brioche met gerookte paling openen fris en precies. Rosé gebakken kalfslende met kalfstong en morieljes als krachtige garnituur. Het menu sluit verfrissend af met rabarber, limoenmousse en Griekse yoghurt.
