The Village
The Village is en blijft een van de meest bescheiden restaurants op het Antwerpse Zuid waar we bijna tien jaar graag aan tafel gaan voor waarachtige Aziatische bereidingen. Daarvoor zorgt de Maleisische chef David Lim. Hij deed expertise op in zowel Aziatische als Europese keukens om uiteindelijk zelf deze zaak samen met vrouw en dochter te openen. Hij is zowel thuis in het maken van klassiek en creatief sushiwerk als in het fijn versnijden van sashimi en maken van dim sum of gyoza. Zijn met kokos en palmsuiker gevulde groene pancake is en blijft een must als afsluiter.
