In het centrum van Leuven laat chef Felice Miluzzi de Italiaanse traditie spreken in een warme, authentieke sfeer. Bij het aperitief serveert hij arancini cacio e pepe met een crème van pecorino. Vervolgens skrei met romanesco en broccoli in een bagna cauda van look en ansjovis. Huisbereide orecchiette met ragù van hinde, Parmezaanse kaas en krokante radicchio tonen zijn gevoel voor generositeit.
