Reeds tien jaar staat deze zaak bekend om zijn dynamische en seizoensgebonden Italiaanse keuken. Aan de ingang zien we een enoteca met meer dan 300 verschillende Italiaanse wijnen, geselecteerd door sommelier David Lazar die een fantastische gids is op dat vlak. We starten met fijne antipasti – flan van San Marzano tomaat, salade caprese zoals in Napels – gevolgd door strozzapreti met paprikaroom en gegrilde octopus. De sfeer is relaxed, ver weg van het tumult in de buurt, met een tuinterras waar het heerlijk tafelen is. Perfect om te genieten.
