Krokante tostada met gerookte zoete aardappel, rode kool, salsa verde en vegan kaascrème is een ware smaakbom. Sorbet van kokos en chili met gele watermeloen verrast als een romig, licht pikant, speels en verfrissend nagerecht. De nieuwe Portugese chef Filipe brengt inderdaad zuiderse vibes in het repertoire.
