In dit modern ingericht pand dat tegen een heuvel aanleunt wordt recht vanuit het hart gekookt, waarbij het product centraal staat. De met soja, gember en limoen gelakte zalm smaakt evenwichtig. Een specialiteit van de chef zijn kalfszwezeriken die op diverse manieren worden voorgesteld, waaronder een heerlijke bereiding met eekhoorntjesbrood. Tot slot volgt nog een Irish coffee volgens het boekje.
