Mousse van ham is correct en smaakvol met begeleiding van verse boontjes en toast. Kalfsnier is perfect rosé gebakken en komt met royaal geserveerde peperroomsaus en fijne frieten die in ossenvet gebakken zijn. Nieuw in de selectie en goed voor een koksmuts.
